These are the first days of my return to UBC. I can safely say that I return wiser and more attentive to what others feel. All my friends have left, leaving a void of strangers whom I must then turn into friends once again.
My course load is moderate, with several exciting classes. The most interesting class is the Holocaust Lit course. We spent an hour of classtime watching Shoah, a documentary interviewing the survivors of several death camps in Poland. I will be posting up my diary assignment for the readings as I complete them.
