Well, there's a story I don't know if I ever told anyone - in Grade 3 or 4? after school the art teacher would let me and a buddy of mine play with splatter painting - the teacher would move all the desks and chairs out of the way, and we'd spread manila paper on the floor of the entire art room, and just take paint and brush and splatter to our hearts' content.
It was so much fun. I guess we did the boy version of "whip your hair". That's why I always really like Jackson Pollock's works - brings me back to those days when we were kids.
